The human body could survive and be well nourished from just creamed coconut. It contains fiber, protein, carbs, fat and sugar. It is rich in energy and helps to improve digestion because it is really high in fiber. Creamed coconut also contains virgin coconut oil, which is rich in lauric acid. Lauric acid helps you burn fat.
Beverage making, dairy replacement, bakery, confectionary, filling into retail jars. Creamed Coconut (not to be confused with ‘coconut cream’) comes in a pure, solid, concentrated block that melts on heating. It is the unsweetened dehydrated fresh meat of a mature coconut, that has been ground in to a semi-solid white cream. It is sold in the form of a hard white block which can be stored at room temperature (Coconut oil melts at around 24°C, so in warmer weather it is a liquid paste).
