Together we save the ocean. Maya Gold is committed to ecological sustainability. Since the beginning we have worked with sea turtle conservation projects on the tropical island of Sri Lanka.

We are proud to announce that we now also support Vive Mar in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is run by a local family with love. They are as passionate as us about sea turtle conservation. In the past year Vive Mar has conserved 1500 nests. And has released 1500 nests of turtles into the ocean. Sea turtles are vital to the ecosystem of the ocean. And they are endangered. It is not too late to conserve the species. Every additional nest that is conserved makes an impact. Sea turtles are philopatric creatures so they will always return to nest where they hatched. This is awesome because we can track our results every year.
