Production process

Coco Aminos are created from the blossom of the coconut tree. New sprouts of coconut blossoms are cut and then tied together before they are pollinated and become baby coconuts. The tied blossom bundle will bleed a sap, which is harvested. The sap is heated and mixed with Balinese Sea Salt and Organic Coconut Amber according to the right formula. Finally creating Coco Aminos  the perfect sauce for Asian cooking, marinades and salad dressing, without the coconut smell and flavour.

We work together with local farmers and have dedicated quality control at the source to ensure that our coconut product is of organic quality without any additives.

Coco Aminos have been used for thousands of years in South East Asia and Polynesia as a main dressing & marinade for their wonderful cuisine, adding an extra savoury flavour from the already rich variety of tastes subtracted from the coconut and palm tree.
