Avocado oil is rich in heart-healthy oleic acid, a monosaturated omega-9 fatty acid and has been shown to reduce cholesterol and improve heart health overall.
Due to the production process, refined avocado oil has less odour and flavour than in virgin avocado oil. This, in addition to its high-smoke point of 269 degrees Celsius, makes it an excellent cooking oil. It can be used in a variety of cooking methods such as stir frying, searing or in baked goods.
Organic Refined Avocado Oil should be kept in a cool, dry place between 13 – 45 degrees Celsius. To preserve the quality of this product, store in air-tight containers to limit the exposure to light, moisture and air. There is no need to refrigerate this product.
