Organic raw Cacao nibs are raw chocolate that are used primarily to make chocolate bars and baked goods. They are simply small pieces of crushed cacao beans that have a rich, bitter, chocolate flavor.

You’ll generally see cacao nibs incorporated into other chocolate products, or simply covered in chocolate and sold as a snack. They are also sold separately, intended to be used as a mix-in for baked goods, bars, cereals or sweets. Like most cacao products, cacao nibs have numerous health benefits. They are high in fiber, protein, healthy fats and iron but also low in sugar.

Industrial uses

Organic raw cacao nibs can be used as an ingredient for desserts, baked goods, confectionery, energy bars, granolas, cereals and more… The most general application is to fill it in pouches for retail.
