Our organic wheatgrass powder is made from wheatgrass plants are harvested in the middle of their growth cycles and then transported to an organically certified dehydrating facility. The moisture content is reduced by 4% using a lyophilization method and ground into a fine wheatgrass powder. This process preserves the nutritional integrity of the plant.
