Organic MCT oil (Medium-chain triglyceride) is a liquid coconut oil. MCT contains medium-length chains of fats called triglycerides. Due to their shorter length, MCT is colourless, odourless, and stays liquid at room temperature. It is high in lauric, caprylic and capric acids, which makes it the perfect fat to add to food.
Industrial uses
MCT oil can be used as an ingredient for vinaigrettes, smoothies, juices, and more… The most general application is to fill it in bottles for retail.
