Organic coconut Sugar or coconut blossom sugar is created from the flowers of the coconut tree. New sprouts of coconut flowers are cut and then tied together before they are pollinated. Sap from the coconut flowers is harvested, caramelized and then dried into a sugar. The sugar is filtered through meshes with different thread counts. coconut blossom sugar has a high mineral content (potassium, magnesium, zinc andiron), vitamins B1, 2, 3, and 6 as well as short chain fatty acids, polyphenols and antioxidants.

Coconut sugar can be used as an ingredient for energy confectionary, desserts, backed goods and more… The most general application is to fill it in jars, pouches or cardboard cannisters for retail.
