Organic Date syrup, also improperly called “honey” of date, is a dark sweet syrup made from date extract and typical of Middle Eastern cuisine. Date syrup is called Rub Al-Tamr in the Arab world.
Possible certifications
Our date syrup is made from 100% organic and biodynamic dates of the biodynamic Oasis of Hazoua. The dates used for date syrup must originate from lower quality dates or a triage gap or dates that are damaged.
Industrial uses
Date syrup can be used as an ingredient for energy drinks, sauces, cereal bars and more… The most general application is to fill it in bottles for retail.
